The agitators and provocateurs never let up in pursuit of our peace
Don’t listen to them, my friend
The internet can bring grating, vexing voices from all over the world
We weren’t designed for such massive echoes across our brain
Turn it off and go outside to look at the expanse above us
Play with a child or a puppy and smell the green grass
Read an uplifting book with physical pages, feel the words in your soul
Sing a song without fear, play an instrument or write your story
Send a note to someone who is down, smile at a stranger
Share your light into the darkness
The emptiness needs to be filled with your presence and shining
Choose light, choose nourishment, choose love
