Treasures Along the Way

When words don’t suffice and feelings are too deep
When heaven feels so near and angels with us weep

When all the stars seem to align with our fondest dreams
Or our little world surely seems torn apart at the seams

When we want to immerse in dance and song
And we desire our dearest ones come along

There’s one thing only which seems to fill our need
At this time, one thing only our soul can feed

Music, music, yesterday, tomorrow and now
Can transport us and even show us how

To go deep inside, our love to burst and share
And find the treasures around us so very rare
